5 tips to help stop binge eating

Not applicable to those with binge eating disorders.

1. Plan Ahead.

Before going to sleep - plan your meals out for the following day.

2. Meal Timing

If you leave too much of a gap between meals you are more likely to make bad choices.

3. Portion Sizing.

Make sure you're eating big enough meals with lots of nutrients to leave you feeling satisfied.

4. Distract Yourself.

Distract yourself from your hunger by going for a walk or getting busy with a task.

5. Reward Yourself.

Reward yourself with something positive when you manage to break your cycle.
