I’ve been training with James since January. After the lockdown period, I had gained so much weight that I was really unhappy and wanted to make a change.
James has given me the knowledge and encouragement to lose weight, get fitter and stronger. His positive, friendly, professional approach has given me the confidence to go to the gym without feeling self-conscious or out of place. With James’ great coaching and tailored fitness plan, I now understand how simple consistent changes get results.
I couldn’t be happier with my weight loss. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes, lost nearly 2 and a half stone and feel confident to wear the clothes I want to wear.

He's clearly passionate about what he does which is great for motivation, and is always careful to ensure I am doing exercises in the most efficient way and with proper form to get the most of them but train safely!

I can’t recommend James at Tindall Fitness enough, being someone that hates the gym and working out in general, James managed to turn that around.
Sessions were to a level that pushed me but just enough to really enjoy and feel it, without being put off! He’s sneaky at gradually upping the time or weights!
I know James has clients that are on another level of fitness but honestly, he can work with ANYONE! Highly recommend.

James has taught me many things including:
If you don’t put in the work then you will not achieve anything - simple as that.
2. Lifting the heaviest weight is not always the quickest way to achieve your goals - form is key.
